I took my Fiesta in for an emergency repair job after breaking down a few times en route to work. The guys at Culemborg booked my car in at about 09h45. Within 30min I received a sms informing me that a mechanic had been assigned to my car. An hour later I was given a call to discuss the damage and the proposed solution (s). After the go ahead was given, I received a final sms informing me that the car was ready for collection.
I was very impressed with the communication level, and the speed at which my car was repaired considering the unplanned nature of the job.
