Last year I had received very poor service of my Toyota Corolla, which bordered on negligence from Mccarthy Toyota PMB. After Spike got involved with the matter it was sorted out reasonably. It had caused me great inconvenience, but this is not the point at the moment. His involvement had turned a dismal situation into a reasonable one.
Since that time I have received excellent service from him with my other vehicle. He is friendly, helpful and courteous.
