I wish all car rental companies had at least one Samantha Horne. On 2 occasions this lady helped me with problems regarding the deposit they secure for a car rental. Once when she was supposed to leave because her holiday had started, she send me an email promising me she would NOT leave the office until she had sorted out the problem. And true to her word. Today, after a week of problems with call centre agents and branch managers, I had decided to ask for Samantha again. It is funny how NOBODY could understand what the problem was, but immediately after speaking to her, she solved the puzzle yet again. I am sorry, but I will ONLY ever ask for her. Budget, she is an asset to you. Ps the other agent at the very call centre told me"I don't know what happened to your money, I CANNOT see into you account" how rude. I would rather not say her name. I am pleased, Samantha came to my rescue. Thanks
