Nite Owls
No pick-up

We arranged for Nite Owls to pick us up at 02:15am on Sun 06-Oct
There was to be a drop-off on the way to the final stop.
Nite Owls failed to arrive - and when we enquired with their call centre, they advised that the drivers said they were waiting outside. Only to realise that the drivers had gone to the first drop-off instead of to the pick-up.
This obviously caused major inconvenience, and delay - and subsequently not getting the service we had ALREADY paid for by card.
Will definitely not be using NiteOwls again unless they pro-actively provide refund.
