Terrible after sales service

I had purchased a second hand motorcycle (2008 Honda CBR1000RR) from Suzuki south and everything went very efficiently until the sale went through. They even delivered the motorcycle to my flat out in blouberg. I was only given one key and was promised that the previous owner will be contacted and the key will be supplied as soon as possible. I had purchased paddock stands and crash bobbins from the little shop there and their workshop installed it for me. After taking the bike out for a run my mate noticed something come off the bike and I noticed that one of the crash bobbins were missing and only a scratched fairing remained. They replaced the bobbin but the damaged was never addressed. At this time I enquired about the missing key and was given some story why it had not been done. I work offshore and a month before I came back I started emailing to find out about servicing. I eventually got my information (after numerous emails) a couple of days before I came back. Long story short, its been a year and no key. I eventually paid for a new one to be cut and till the end I was given some or other story why they never got it done. I will NOT recommend them!
