Booked my car in at Consolidated auto

There was a noise in engine, he said ahter technition inspected it was the waterpump and thermostat housing that was faulty, i said that they must please make sure it was the fault and make sure the car is 100%, i got my car back and thier is still noise in engine and now its blowing out hot air in the cabin of car and this did not happen before i took in car, i also said they should keep all replaced parts but they did not, i have paid R3200 for the repair and now my car is more faults than when it went in, please help
