Not accepting responsabilty for actions

To make a long story short: This branch charged me for work not indicated in the scheduled service book. The work was done without my consent. According to them there was a change in the maintenance schedule for this Toyota. Nevertheless, no notifications was conveyed to us regarding these changes. In the end I had to pay R1800.00 more for this work.
The branch did not want to accept any responsibility. Nevertheless, I am not interested in a discount for my next service because I got rid of the car.
Never again will I buy a Toyota.
