My friend just did a service yesterday 25/09/2013 and found out that they switched her wiper blades and eat all her sweets that she left in her sweet container.
She notices it and went back to change it today 26/09/2013 this man Corne office number 011 7685684 had such a bad attitude standing and screaming I asked him why was he only changing on because wiper blades goes in pairs he went ballistic started screaming at us and said he won't change it cos he is doing us a favor.
We should go to GMW and complain cos they won't help us either. Is this the customers service you receive from GMW SA??? Don't know is it because we were women or black women to add. I felt like a preschooler the way he acted as if we were not paying customers and we are Professional Women. Can this please be address as this is no way to treat any customers. My friend is very humble and this man just stomp over us.
Where ever I go I will make this bad experience known to my Colleagues, friends, family and even strangers
they will know about GWM's poor staff and service.
