I took my car for service at Mcarthy in Germiston on Friday (20/08/13), I was a bit cynical about leaving my car as there was no electricity plus the disruption from the strikers but I did leave it. I would like to thank Douglas for his good service as he assured me that they will do a thorough job as the power was only restored around 12am. He made me feel comfortable about leaving my car there in his hands and later when I got the car I very impressed, it felt brand new.
Renault should hire more people like Douglas, people who love their jobs. Thumbs up to the Germiston team as they managed to perform well despite the circumstances i.e. the power issue and the strikers.
