Shocking experience

I experienced the best service ever during the purchase period of my car, smiles, emails, follow ups, until i had the car in my possession. I am a 22 year old who purchased a 2011 chef spark 3 Months ago from Proton Edenvale. I brought the car back within 3 months of having it, because i was worried about the disturbing grinding sound I got each time i use my brakes, I spent the entire day waiting for my car only to be told by their workshop that there is nothing wrong with the car and that the grinding sounds are normal. 2 Months down the line when i took my car for service to GM in the west Rand the 1st thing they noticed was that my cars brake pads are finished and according to them its eating through the disks. So i have been travelling with a car with brake pads failure for 2month and after i took it in to proton to check within 3 weeks. I eventually called Abraham on Tue and he said he will try book me a slot for Fri which at that time had no problem with but because i had an unexpected trip to Mp on fri and needed my car I asked him to make it Thu. All broke loose from there long story short i am still stuck with a car that grinds like a hungry lion, even afraid to drive
