I have been a proud owner and driver of my Audi for a few years and had nothing but joy.
The cars service was always handled by Centurion Audi, I met Andre a service consultant ever so capable.
Till I had to move and was advised that Audi hatfield is the best one in this respect. To my dismay the 2 encounters i had with the Hatfield branch was not up to standard.
The second time was really not a pleasant one, my car somehow burned its fuse box, to which was supposed to be ordered already on the day of the booking, sadly this was not the case.
Challenges:
- the vehicles lights were all not working
- could not drive the car especially early hours or late evening
- no alternative means of transport or even offer for that matter
- You get told at the eleventh hour that parts are not available
At least Mercedes will always ensure you have mode of transport, when they dont deliver on your vehicle as expected to reduce the inconvinience.
