I have asked for my car (golf 4) to have an engine overhaul in October 2012. the company had my car for 3 weeks. after my husband collected it, was it still in a bad condition. he even took photos of what they did and did it not look like they did anything. they quoted me R18 535.26, which I've paid them.
up to now i'm still having problems with my car, had to replace the clutch kit which they did, the engine mounting and other minor damages which i know have to pay out of my own pocket. Yet i'm still paying off the loan of R18 535.26 which i've borrowed from my employer.
I'm not happy with the service made on my car, because the car is suppose to drive better if it had an engine overhaul, but to tell you the truth it's worse.
please help me resolve this matter, because i think it was a total rip-of.
