Did not live up to expectations

From start to finish this branch's service was lukewarm at best and left me with a bad image of Imperial. Some of the things that I experienced:

1) After supplying my financing documents on the Saturday and indicating which vehicle I was interested in, I had to follow-up with the Jean regarding the progress of my application on the Tuesday.
2) Instead of apologising for not giving feedback on my application (which I highly suspect had not been submitted to the banks at that point) Jean said he was still waiting on my current vehicle's details (although I indicated that I would be selling my vehicle out of hand and not trading it in) and passed the buck to one of the financing personnel members (Jomar, who was nice enough to do some damage control)
3) Once my finance was approved, Jean was pressing me for an answer on whether I would be purchasing the vehicle despite the delay originally being caused by Imperial - insult to injury if ever there was a case.

On their own these actions don't seem like much, but compared to Reeds N1 and Kia Brackenfell's outstanding service it was clear that Imperial did not live up to the standard or my expectations.
