As I work just up the road from the Sasol garage in question, I buy food from the Sasol shop on a regular basis. For lunch today I bought myself a cheese and smokey beef pie, one of my usual favourites.
Unfortunately I noted that the price increased to a rather pricey R16.50. But OK, I understand paying a premium for convinience and prices go up etc etc.
However, when I settled in with my pie back at the office, it turns out that there were almost no filling whatsoever in the pie. In fact, there was not even a single piece of smokey beef in it, just some cheese sparingly put into the pie. This is not acceptable.
I understand rising prices, but raising the price and lowering the quality at the same time is just not acceptable. You have forever lost me as your customer.
