About 6 weeks ago I purchased a new vehicle at Volkswagen Rivonia, within 2 days the car was ready for collection. I signed all the documents and was handed a key with two tacky cable ties attached to the key. The salesman assured me they would get me a key ring and e-mail the photos he took of the car for me to post on facebook. I only received the photos after complaining to Head Office (5 weeks later when all the excitement had subsided) but there was no mention of the key ring, which I mentioned to the Head Office and still nothing has been done. No wonder Mr Strydom's staff are incompetent all he did was e-mail me the photos and no mention of the key ring, he did not even pick up the phone to apologise for their incompetence. They promise you things and give you nothing. My biggest concern is, if they cannot handle a key ring order how are they going handle the parts for my car when services are due. What parts are going into the car when they have to wait 6 weeks for a part? Have I bought the right car? My faith in Volkswagen has diminished.
