Frustrated by the lack of feedback from BMW!!!

My 2011 BMW 320i coupe started leaking oil a month after it had been for a service at Lyndhurst Auto. The engine subsequently ceased. My car has been at BMW Clearwater for almost a month. BMW is refusing to fix the engine and is not engaging me properly as a customer. I am being sent from pillar to post and my phone calls dont get returned. One of the reasons I drive a BMW is because I expect professionalism and superior service. The treatment I'm getting now is appaling! I want to know why my car which is less than 2 years old and has less 35000 kms leaked oil a month after a service!
