I traded in my Kia Cerato this week for a new Kia Rio 1.2 Sedan. Upon receiving the new car there were a few issues, ie Car not starting, warning lights signalling a malfunction of the brakes and ABS as well as the front left indicator not working. I send the car back in for repairs right away. I got the car back the same day being advised that it was a minor technical problem and that everything was sorted. The next day the left indicator was not working again and we had trouble starting the car. There was a whole lot of correspondence between me and Chris, the manager at Sandton regarding the vehicle where I advised that I would not accept the faulty product back. I requested a replacement vehicle as I was still within my 7 day period. I was told that there are no more Rio's available and that they are scarce in Joburg, I called up 5 other dealerships to be told that they all had stock. Yesterday I went back in to Kia and picked up my old car as I have no reason to keep dealing with liars (There was a whole lot more lying which I have in emails). I was a returning customer to Kia in 2 years and noone cared. I will now proceed to take my car to trade in at Nissan for the Livina
