Just not getting the info I need back

Hi,

This is the second time I a coming here because of Daihatsu due to not receiving the info that I need. I phoned them about 2 weeks ago or more and asked for some prices on parts. I emailed a guy by the name of [Email Removed] with a VIN number and parts I need prices on and no response. I do not blame him necessarily since he did say he had to first contact joburg but I need feedback, I need to know the prices for clients. These guys have a very unworkable system. I can phone Opel, Nissan, Audi, BMW, VW and Toyota and get prices and other vehicle info immediately.
