I sent an email to menshealth_subs requesting info regarding how to change over to the digital subscription and what the pricing is etc. I got a reply requesting my details to verify my subscription and after sending those details I got a reply that my subscription has been cancelled and for further info regarding the digital version I must go to [URL Removed] This is unacceptable service as I NEVER requested a cancellation, I requested information regarding prices and how to change over etc. And the feedback regarding my question is pathetic, just sending someone to a link to go have a look. If they told me in the beginning this is the website, this is going to be the prices more or less, this is the time period needed for cancellation etc. my question would have been answered instead I don't have a subscription anymore and still don't have any info regarding prices, payment options etc.
