I utilized the services of LG Share Transport in Port Elizabeth on 21.05.2013.
One of the LG Share staff members (Kallie/Karel) showed interest in a sub-woofer and amplifier box assembly, which I had stored in the garage. I indicated that I was actually selling the unit for R800.00.
Kallie was very interested in purchasing the unit form me, but indicated that he would take it on the condition that he would pay me at the end of that very month (end of May 2013) once he receives his salary. Kallie also indicated that he would ask his superior (Caron de Coriolis) to subtract the money from his salary at the end of May, and request them to transfer the funds to my FNB account accordingly. I agreed to these terms.
In the middle of June I had still not received any payment or heard from Kallie again, even after making various attempts to reach him on his cell. I also discussed the matter with Caron from LG Share Transport, whereby she agreed to summon Kallie to contact me.
It is now almost four months later, and I find it unacceptable that LG Share Transport now also refuses to accept my calls. I feel totally ripped off!!!
Total unprofessional and UNACCEPTABLE business conduct!!
