Outsurance utilised Sonco on 29 August 2013 to transport our vehicle from Phalaborwa to Pta.
Events:
- Sonco driver'' Thomas'' loads the vehicle at 09:55 am in Phalaborwa. ''Jaco'' (Sonco) will transport our vehicle to Pta,
- After we enquiry, informed vehicle delivered in Pta on Thurs pm (August 29),
- Contact'' Jaco'' (Sonco) to determine when can we expect the vehicle in Pta. '' Jaco'' informs us, vehicle was sent via Tzaneen,
- Rina Sonnekus (Sonco) informs us (via Email) our vehicle to be delivered on Fri morning (30 August) 08:30 am - 09:00 am,
- What a rude awakening when we receive a call at 01:45 am Fri morning, from Sonco's driver'' Henry'', informing us that he is in Pta & ready to deliver our vehicle,
- Attempts to direct ''Henry'' to our residence is not successful, have to drive to the gas station to meet ''Henry''at 02:15 am,
Feedback received from Sonco: ''Henry'' has received a written warning for these actions.
This upsets me even more, why does Sonco's Management not take full responsibility for what has transpired here, instead of blaming their driver.
This service was rendered at a fee of R7000.
