Once again, I have not received any response regarding the below matter.
I am not even surprised now.
Please can I ask that someone gets back to me latest 25/01/2013 by COB, to have this matter resolved once and for all, if not then I will assume that KWS Carriers are not prepared to take any responsibility for their actions and I will be taking this further.
