Terrible/no service

I had fabric collected in Johannesburg on the 21st of August for my factory that makes work suits, today on the 26th I am still waiting and my factory is standing. I queried the delay after I didn't receive my goods on the 22nd, and was told it was delivered to my other branch and will be rectified. I spoke to my other branch today (26th @ 14h39) and was told that my parcels are still there. I am losing production and incurring additional costs due to this delay, and still they say I may only get my parcels tomorrow afternoon. Their motto says "Keeping you on time", I feel this is bad advertising, falsely proclaiming and insinuating service delivery where there is absolutely NOTHING. No accountability whatsoever. I am utterly disgusted...
