I took my car for a service at Hyundai Lavender on Friday. Knowing people at a workshop I took my car to check if Hyundai replaced all the parts they charged me for, because I heard a lot of complaints from different people about the same problem. Hyundai never changed the spark plugs even though they charged me for it. They didn't even stamp my service book and when I took it back the service adviser told me it's because I didn't give him my book. I am very disappointed with the poor service.
