I bought a BMW 3 series from McCarthy Toyota, the car went back twice to have the window trim fixed as it was loose and hanging in the air. After I got my car back after 1 days rain the trim had come loose and was an eyesore hanging in the air. They had SUPER GLUED the trim down. I will never buy a car from McCarthy Toyota again. As a BMW should not be held together with super glue. They take shortcuts in getting their cars ready for sale and as an end result the customer suffers. I have emailed them twice since and not received a reply. I vow never to purchase a car from them again and never to spread the good word since there is none to spread.
I have sine had the trim REPLACED at my own expense. I will not send my car back to them. Any rectification of this matter would be refunding me for my expense.
