Never had such bad service and customercare:(

It started tHE DAY I BOUGHT MY PICANTO THERE..ONLY PROBLEMS! I HAD TO GO THERE MANY TIMES (VERY FAR) MY COMPLAINTS WERE NOT HEARED-APPARENTLY ALL IN ORDER. BUT WHEN I WENT TO SERVICE CAR IN FOURWAYS THEY FOUND ALL MISTAKES-AND ONE BY ONE FIXED IT. NUMEROUS EMAILS AND CALL-NO RESPONSE. I GOT SO FRUSTRATED! NEVER ANY HELP OR APOLOGIES! AFTER AROUND 6 MONTH THEY FINALLY GOT IN TOUCH AND AFTER MORE ARGUMENTS WE AGREED TO SWOP MY CAR FOR A NEWER ONE:) I WAS HAPPY.- MORE TIME/IGNORED EMAILS/CALLS PASSED -THEY HAD A CAR I ONLY PAY ADMIN FEE... OK. THEN ALL IN A SUDDEN THE AMOUNT WENT UP QUITE A BIT..UNBELIEVEBLE! ANYWAY WE CAME TO AN AGREEMENT. I SEND ALL MY PAPERS AND WE ARRANGED FOR THE PLACE AND DATE TO SWOP CARS. A DAY AFTER THEY CALLED-SORRY WE MADE A MISTAKE..I HAVE TO ACTUALLY MUCH MORE-OTHERWISE THEY RUN A HUGE LOSS?? IM SO ANGRY-WENT TO KIA FOURWAYS TO HELP...
BUT ROODEPORT AGAIN DIDNT CALL... NEVER ANY APOLOGIES OR COMFORTING WORDS. I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO??? THEY MADE THE MISTAKE! AND SOMETIMES ONE NEEDS TO RUN A LOSS (SURELY COVERED..) BUT MAKE IT RIGHT TO THE CUSTOMER.! PLEASE HELP
