My sister sent a gift for my kids from the UK . DHL SA contacted me to ask what was in the parcel and I disclosed the contents which is nothing of value! I was sent a proforma invoice to pay R600 for duties and VAT! This is is totally rediculous! I cannot even justify spending R600 on something that is not even valued at R250! She has sent many parcels before during this time of the year and there has NEVER been an issue. The person I dealt with has a don't care attitude as far as I'm concerned! I have asked for the parcel to be sent back. I will never use your company again in fear of being ripped off in this manner!
