I have been waiting for this issue to be resolved and up to now it has not been resolved. It seems my only option now is to take up with your Head Office in woodmead, if it is not resolved as a matter of urgency. If you do not have the papers you say so, not wasting my time the temporary licence has expired again. I cannot drive this car any more.
