A lesson in how to manage an angry custome

In June 2013 I bought a used Alfa Giulietta from Arnold Chatz. Initially there were delays in my bankers issuing a release note and the dealer pulled through by arranging immediate release using their in house finance at the same interest rate.

I had some niggles on the car and found there was a breakdown between service department and their used car sales team which initially caused untold frustration. This was brought to the attention of the dealer principle who responded and reacted to my concerns immediately. The service department manager was involved and I am happy to report that my concerns have been addressed and I am now in a position to enjoy the purchase of my vehicle.

This is a perfect example that things can go wrong, it is up to the service provider how they wish to deal with the situation.
