There is so many complaints that I don't know where to begin. I have trouble from the start. I searched the internet to find a car for my son and decided on a car at Kia Menlyn. From the start I had slow response/service from the moment I said that I want to go forward to buy the car. The service is the worst I ever received from a car dealer. When we want to take out the license, the car wasn't even roadworthy and I struggled now for more than a month to get the roadworthy money back that was deducted from the deal. I even call the customer service centre, but all I get is promises. I can't explain how disappointed I am. I just can mention that we are perfectly happy with the car, it is only the service that is bad. Even the managers don't respond to emails and quiries.
