I would like to make use of the opportunity to thank Natanya at the Kathu branch for good service and a friendly smile every time I see her. I travelled to Sishen mine twice that week and she assisted me and a previous time. This lady is working under terrible conditions but she keep that smile on her face the hole time. Please can someone just take 1 day of there busy schedule and go and see the small wooden cabin she is working in. They are upgrading the airport so I would think it would be good for Budget to be noticed there as well.
