My name is Rodney. I found an add on [URL Removed] advertising Jeep spares about 3weeks ago. After replying to my enquiry, "Mirriam" confirmed that she had the part in stock, along with the correct part number. She requested I make a deposit and she will deliver so I agreed to do it only after receipt of a proforma invoice. I transferred R350 to them on the 12/07/2013 and was promised same day delivery. To date I have received nothing and the people that pick up the phone have no interest in the matter.
I'm glad I hadn't paid them any more than I already did, but am still not sure how to proceed with this case. These people need to be brought to book, as I'm clearly not the first shmuck to fall for this, and most likely not the last either :-(
