In April 2013 i took my e46 320i bmw to natal motors for control arm bushes replacements, everything on the warranty side was ok (part covered), the booking was made telephonicly. I told the manager that i dont want a diagnostic test done, cause the computer dont pick up that the bushes are finish, of which the charge is /- R1400, he agreed that they will only do a visual check on that part, and quote me on that, so i dropped the car off by them for the day, and as i got back home, my phone rang, natal motors now found more things wrong with my car up to R30000 whitch they want to claim from the warranty, the warranty people told them that all the parts exceeds the covered amounts and the i must pay cash, i told bmw to only do the bushes and forget the rest, which i will fix my self, and they said ok, they will book me now another day to fix it, but i mus now pay R1400 for the diagnostic test, which i did'nt wanted, i left there that day with my car touching when i go over humps, cos the mech did not bac the cover, and i had to pay R1400, cis they did not want to release my car.i clearly want my money back
