I bought a Polo, Trendline, CA916172 from Zeda Car Sales in Oct'12.Zeda picked up a shudder on the car so the car was booked for 8th Nov, but when the car came back there was still a lot of squeaking on the breaks, so the car was booked again for the 20th. Roshaan in your service department then phoned the afternoon of the 20th to say it was the rear backing plates and that they were fetching the part in town and did'nt want to rush the job as it was already late and if they could keep the car overnight, The next day she phoned to say that everything was fixed and the car was just going to be cleaned. When picking the car from Zeda both myself and Bev from Zeda immediately saw the scratch marks on the back windows of the car. One a small deep one on the left back window & fine scratches on the back & right windows. When I took the car in the Service Manager said they cannot take responsibility as I did'nt pick the car from them. I e-mailed the principle member Gordom Blampaith and he also claimed no responsibility.
