Non- disclosure of the accident records

I bought a Ford Fiesta 2010 model from Zeda car sales in Pretoria in September 2011 with a price of almost new car, the sale man never disclosed to me that the car was involved in an accident. I even asked him when inspecting the car that was the car involved in an accident he said NO. To my surprise when I wanted to trade in the car last week (12/05/2013). I was told the car was has an insurance claim of around R 61000.00 for accident occurred sometime in 2010. For sure I wouldn't have bought the car if I knew the accident history. Now I am stuck with the car I am not happy with. I wonder how many clients get ripped off by shady car dealers like Zeda.

I feel ripped off and would like this matter to be sorted.
