Monday evening, my brother ordered a book online (you would deliver) I wondered how odd it was that you didn't deliver yet on Tuesday at 10 AM.I tracked my order & could see that the status was 'no one home', was odd as my boss was there since 07 AM.Today, I heard a commotion outside of the office, went and saw a red Berco scooter so I asked whether they are delivering. All this delivery person said is 'nice of you to answer your phone', a bit shocked I responded, this is my brother that ordered so it is his nr. First this man said that there was no answer on BOTH phone calls he made (so implying only one call on Tuesday & Thursday). Although there is an intercom right next to him that he can use to call. The delivery man then stated that when he would call, someone answered & swore at him. Funny that he only said this once he found out that this was not my nr, shocked I took the parcel and left to find out why my brother would do such a thing. Turns out this delivery guy was lying to me, as I have clear proof that BOTH calls this guy made were never answered as my brother was in class at the time. Utterly stunned and absolutely disgusted at the way I was spoken to & treated today.
