Not a pleasant online purchasing experience

I ordered a full gasket set for a 1981 Lancia Montecarlo for Lancia Auto SA 2 weeks ago. The gasket set arrived within a few days. When I started assembling the engine I discovered that the incorrect exhaust gasket was supplied. The gasket set also did not include the gaskets for fitting the carburettor to the inlet manifold. After enquiries I was informed that I should return the faulty gasket at my expense and that the carburettor gasket is not included in the full engine gasket set and that I should have specified that I require it. This means additional costs to me.

The new gaskets have now been mailed to me (not couriered) as it is now for their accountand it is the cheaper option. The end result of this shopping experience is that I now have to wait for the replacement units and to fetch it from the Post Office when it eventually arrives.

Not a pleasant experience at all.
