Engine management light not getting sorted out

I bought a 2007 Lexus is250 from Pro West Car Sales in October 2012. The spray job was butchered by the person they sent the car to, to have the chips and small scratches sorted out. I have bought about 5 vehicles from them and never had a problem. They sorted out my spray job to my satisfaction (they even sent the car to a panelbeater of my choice which I really appreciated). When I fetched the car the only thing that still needed to be sorted out is the engine management light on the dash that says "Check VSC". It is a sensor on the exhaust that is faulty. I contacted Gerrie on 02/07/2013 to ask him when I can bring the car in he said he must speak to the relevant people. I then called again on 05/07/2013 and left a message and again on 08/07/2013 with another message left. On 09/07/2013 I called Martin and within 5 minutes Gerrie called back. I was unhappy and had some words with Gerrie. The 10/07/2013 I drove out to Pro West to apologise in person to Gerrie which he did not accept. He informed me he would never do business with me again and that he doesn't think they will fix the car. I then called Martin and informed him I would give him to 17/07/2013 to respond. No response!!!
