Dont buy or or have your vehicle serviced at this branch! Never mind having a warranty repair done! It has been almost a month since my bakkie was booked in for first service and to have a problem with the throttle checked out. After many phone calls to them as they dont phone you I still dont have it back as promised today and not even a phone call to let me know. I contacted NissanSA about this issue and am yet to get any decent feed back. Apparently three weeks wait for a part is normal!? I have had nothing but poor service from this branch and it seems NissanSA is not far behind. What does it take to resolve a small issue? We have 3 nissans in the family and a couple in the 12 branches of the company I work for. They are the first and last ones to be bought if this is the kind of service you get.!! I wont be boasting about Nissan in any way at all...
