I must compliment Supa Quick Fishers Hill for their outstanding customer service! It is not often that you leave a car repair shop feeling like a valued client, but this branch does a great job.
I arrived with a simple puncture in my tyre, but I left a loyal Supa Quick customer and I have no intention of ever going anywhere else for anything tyre related. As long as the service keeps me smiling like it did, you will have me as a brand loyal client.
The guy who repaired my tyre was an extremely efficient and extremely professional worker and I was so impressed with him. To top if off and really go the extra mile for customer service, he even found a spare wheel valve cap lying around and put it on my one wheel that was missing a cap. He didnt need to do that but it made the world of difference in my mind.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the price of the services rendered. I am so used to being ripped off with anything related to my car, thats its refreshing to actually feel like you are getting your moneys worth and more!
I will recommend Supa Quick to all friends and family. I only hope that you will be able to deliver the same kind of service that I received.
