Shocking service!

In June i sent to Supa Quick in Randpark Ridge to have my 10 critical safety test done which you earn point thru ebucks. i was going away on a long trip to the Eastern Cape and need this test done. the guy that helped me was not a technician as they were all busy, so he done it, the strange thing is that my drive a Tazz and in order to check my spare tyre u need my car keys to open the boot which he never asked for but yet he ticked the box to say everything was good, my concern is what else on the list he just ticked without actually checking it??? then he came to tell me that this test is not part of the FNB ebucks, i asked to speak to his Manager Neil, and he said it is i just need to give them my contact details and they would process it and i would be getting an sms. to this day i have not gotten an sms from FNB to say points were earned from Supa Quick, i called the following week to speak to the manager, he was busy with stock take and even though i left a message he has not called me back. i think this is disgusting as they are playing with peoples lives, and the fact they dont get back to me... no customer care. will NOT be going back to that place again.
