Lack of customer service

This dealership undermined my rights as their customer. I handed in my car for an inspection within six months as per my contract, to my suprise i was dealt a heavy blow by the owner of the dealership namely Roy telling that fixing my car was not he's responsibility. When i asked for my car to be returned back to me, i was told to call one of THEIR drivers myself. I've now resorted to fetching my car personally and doing the repairs from my own pocket.
