Pathetic Service

My vehicle was damaged on the 27th April, towed to Alberante the following week.
Every week that I call I get an update informing me that my vehicle will be repaired the following week Friday which has been going on now for the past three weeks.
I was in the process of moving my vehicle to another BMW repair centre as my car was just standing at the time, when I spoke to the dealer they then informed me that the car was being stripped.
This proves that they take on more work than they can handle.
What is frustrating is that I have to follow up with the dealer as I am not informed of the progress of my vehicle, they do not have any courtesy cars which I would think is due to the fact that they take on too much work and do not complete vehicles before taking on more work which is a result of poor planning.
I am now informed that there is a paint defect which I feel is a due to the fact that they have not done any additional work on the car, I want my car fixed properly without any defects but if the service is so poor I can only imagine what the repairs would be like.
I will be taking my car to another BMW dealership to confirm that the repairs were carried out correctly.
