I had the unfortunate experience of Dealing with EEZI Move, nothing "EEZI" about this move.
My furniture was transported from JHB to CT when i relocated, upon arrival i noted that one of the boxes had come apart from what appeared to be water damage (this was ok as it was plastic dishes for the kitchen), however my 2 month old fridge had dents all over it, my double seater couch was torn and my single seater couch had pink stains all over it.
I made the delivery man aware of it and he noted it down in his book. (I had before and after moving photos)
This is where the trouble started, i had to call every second day because EEZI move never calls back, after numerous calls and emails I was asked to get quotes. Totalling R5600 for repairs. They returned saying a settlement of R1200 will be payed to me. (this was after a month so the quotes where now invalid) had to requote and offered me R1400. This doesnt even cover the replacement door on the fridge.
After fighting i had to finally give in and supplied my banking details for the R1400. 2 weeks later i am still waiting for the money.
From delivery of my furniture its been 4 months
DO NOT USE EEZI MOVE!!!
