My message to DHL every time I get shipment from Thailand I have to complain about DHL because every time I ask you to send me that invoice that customs sent you but you never send me any thing. you becoming a rip off company this time I made up my mind and I should start looking for a better company than DHL because DHL becoming like a vegetable mini market.
However Michelle Calitz she should learn how to talk nicely over the phone all her answers was hhhh aaaa yaaaa mmm dddd she Mix conversation English with Afrikaans words, she talk like having dreams, if she can't talk business sense to clients then move her somewhere else to pack boxes.
I really this time had it with DHL this time u really made me so angry.
Please Send me the official invoice from Customs to believe you paid them. I thought I am the only one who complain about DHL but no there is hundreds who knows DHL not good company. this time I will report to the head office.
If it wasn't because of Jo-ann long ago I would moved out of DHL but she is the one kept me dealing with your company because she give good service after complains, she not like others who can't even talk english. you hire people R5 salaries.
