Then we starting getting calls saying that someone foned an confirmed that we requested the extra which is some paint to prevent scratches my husband is in the motor industry for 26yrs an believe me the if they did something it does not show as the scratches on the car is visible, they had no idea what was going on an starting making up stories, that they spoke to us in Dec, we never even looked at the car than, than we got answers like they waiting for management an we signed for it but it was looked at when my mum came in to sign an annajie said she will sort it out with the sales person who has no idea how to sell, than i even ask for extra insurance cover incase something had to happen to my mum, annajie gave me the the amount no question was even asked about my mum health even though they knew she just unwent a heart valve replacement, when i called the insurance a month later to confirm the cover and still awaiting paperwork they said if the dealership knew my mum's health there were forms she needed to fill to see if she qualified cause they wont cover that i had to cancell that and they wont refund me until the dealership confirm the insurance is still waiting for a reply
