I have been taking my car to this same branch for many years now and I find this attitude and lack of responsibility appalling!!! I took it there for a simple service, Robert told me he needed to flush the engine so I said fine and now I've had to take it back 3 times as it is smoking so so bad, I have now just been given my car back with the attitude of they don't care they don't know what is wrong and too bad for me!!!
This is totally unacceptable I want my car fixed I have paid for it and now I must just take it as is even though they obviously did something wrong!!!
