A few weeks ago I had a debacle with Dhl regarding a shipment of mine that went missing, after many failed attempts to get the story straight I put up a complaint and was immediately responded to by one of the managers, Joanna Goodman. She then explained to me and we resolved the issue and I hope the people who had been adamant to do their job were spoken to accordingly.
I did however use DHL again this week and as per Joanna's response for me to contact her directly in future consignments- I did and may I praise her good communication skills and customer liaison expert. I was kept on the loop on everything and I believe even when my customs clearance time could not make it for my delivery on time she arranged that instead of me receiving my parcel the following day as would have been procedure, I received it on that same day late afternoon, I must say I am very happy with such good service and the little glitch I had was surely a drop in the ocean.
I would also like to compliment Ellen and Coleman for their communication and polite calls.
