Client service is SHOCKING!!!

I bought a Nissan Micra from James at Car Bargains end of February 2013. James said there was a 6 month guarantee/warranty on the car. Everything was going smoothly until I started to complain about the car. First I told him the CD player wasn't working, I bought a CD cleaner as recommended to see if it would fix the problem and it didn't - June 2013 still no CD player in my car. I also mentioned in March that the brakes were making a noise, like there was "metal on metal" sound, I was told there was nothing wrong with the brakes - June 2013 brakes still making the same noise. I have now got another problem in that the car is constantly leaking water. Every 4-6 days I have to put water into the car. Desmond has been trying to get hold of him but the response is usually "I'm busy with a client, I will call you back" which he never does or he gets someone else to answer his phone i.e. Saturday 1st June 2013 and we are told he has left the office for the day. I am most angry and frustrated at the lack of interest in Car Bargains. Once the sale has been made, they are simply NOT INTERESTED. Even though James clearly stated in front of witnesses that he has a 6 month policy??
