How NOT to treat your client

I rented a car in Cape Town during April. Once returned there was light scratches on the back bumper of which I was unaware. I queried that I would like it to be investigated. Not once during the process was I contacted to be told where in the process they were and what the outcome was. I was merely sent an account. Nothing was communicated to me at all. I was treated like a number and will NEVER use Europcar again.
